Final videos will be uploaded and shared privately and delivered via USB.

FAQs
What’s your booking process?
If you decide to choose us for your wedding day, we’ll send over our contract via e-mail for you to sign digitally (don’t worry, it’s really simple). Once you’ve signed we’ll invoice you for our deposit (20% of the package price) and then you’re all set.
We ask for final payments 4 weeks before your wedding date.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have public liability and professional indemnity insurance. In the event your venue asks for proof of this just let us know and we’ll send it over to you.
Do you have back-up equipment?
Yes, if we’re silly enough to drop anything or if something breaks we have multiple spare camera bodies and lenses.
What happens if you’re ill?
Unless we’re catastrophically poorly we’ll be there regardless albeit with a face-mask potentially. If we really can’t make it we are in touch with numerous other professionals in the industry. There’s also the added advantage of there being 2 of us.
We’ve already got a photographer/videographer/content creator, is that okay?
No worries! We’ve worked with plenty of other creatives loads. We’re easy to get on with and as far as we’re concerned we’re all there to do our best for you.
Are you okay with dogs?
YES! We’re dog people and we have a couple of little terrors of our own.
Have you shot my venue before?
We’ve shot many venues through-out the North-East and beyond, but in the event we haven’t we typically make sure we do our research and arrive earlier than we typically would so that we’re nice and acquainted once things get going.
We’re a same-sex/non-binary/trans couple, is that a problem for you?
